It is possible to view The Four Aces as separate components. And they are. As well. My primary purpose, however, is to make you realise the enormous value that can be brought to a workplace if the Aces are managed as a whole.
This book is about holistic leadership. A whole can always be broken down into components, and that is what this book does, but only at a general overarching level. If you want to immerse yourself in any of the parts, there are plenty of books already written on the subjects.
